These Terms apply to all apps published by Borrowed Fire LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Eligibility

4. Subscription Services
4.1 Subscription Terms
Some Apps may offer optional premium subscriptions that provide enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
4.2 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding third-party content) are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borrowed Fire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Service interruptions or downtime
- Errors or inaccuracies in content
- Any other intangible losses
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
9. External Links and Purchases
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. For ticketed events, the App may link to official ticketing pages—all such purchases are conducted through the publisher's official channels and subject to their terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.2 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
